At Hydraloop we have a vision that in 10 years’ time no building will be built without its own greywater recycling system. We believe water recycling should become a standard item in every single home and building, just like climate control, solar panels, or a heat pump.
To assist us in delivering this vision with the highest level of technical excellence, we are looking for a colleague who has plenty of experience in delivering and increasing revenue growth while providing relevant technical know-how. The position is based in Sharjah, UAE.
Your specific responsibilities will be directed by the Managing Director of Hydraloop Middle East and will include but not be limited to:
Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products or services to customers and prospective customers
Confer with customers and engineers to assess their equipment needs and to determine system requirements
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
Help clients solve problems with installed equipment
Assist in the set up of online training materials for our Middle East partner network
Certification of partners
Feedback practical experience to colleagues who are working on the product development
Contact with partners and large customers, especially via email and video calling. In the post-corona era also possible (short) business trips
Lead technical presentation for channel partner recruiting and training events
Ability to participate in field installations as necessary
Research potential sources for recruiting qualified channel partners
Become a subject matter expert on Hydraloop, use cases, and value proposition for prospects and partners by geography and industry in the region
What we are looking for
6+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar
Experience in the installation or support of technical equipment or machines: preferably both hands-on and involved in organizing them
Strong project management experience with the ability to work independently and multi-task
Affinity with the digital world, and ideally also experience on how we can use digital channels to properly arrange technical support
Positive attitude, 'self-starter' and enterprising
Precise and accurate
Relevant prior education. Higher vocational education work and thinking level
Experience with CRM and MS Office, MS Teams, and technical design software tools preferred
Good communication in English and Arabic is a plus
